The Mergers and Acquisitions Group is the only community of Yale students dedicated solely to exploring the world of illiquid dealmaking. Students write in-depth research reports with attached models, engage with industry leaders, and connect with peers who share an interest in the strategic and financial dynamics that shape companies and markets.

The Mergers and Acquisitions Group is unique because it’s made up only of upperclassmen who already have job offers. As a result, it’s a space for Yale's most qualified students to grow and learn from each other.
